Vina CHG cooperates to organize the Seminar “Digital transformation application in anti-counterfeiting work”

On December 9, the National Office of Intellectual Property – Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Invention Association, Vina CHG and Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Communication Portal CHG.VN organized a conference on “Digital transformation application in anti-counterfeiting work”.

This is an event planned by Vina CHG to coordinate with many agencies, departments and companion businesses to create a bridge to support businesses to exchange and discuss with management and enforcement agencies. the government and experts on the application of digital transformation in supporting businesses in the prevention of counterfeit goods and goods infringing upon intellectual property rights.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Hong, General Director of Vina CHG, stated that recently, the position of counterfeit products and commodities violating intellectual property rights has not been managed, especially goods. He was speaking about the use of digital transformation in anti-counterfeiting. The economic climate has been significantly impacted by counterfeiting on digital platforms, which has resulted in lost tax income for the State. This is especially true for international investors who wish to engage in Vietnam.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hong, General Director of Vina CHG, discussed anti-counterfeiting strategies that companies could use to defend their brands on digital platforms.

The government now has a clear policy in place to combat fake goods on online shopping sites. Therefore, in order to reverse the counterfeit products and counterfeit goods problem, a synchronous solution is required. Vina CHG has developed anti-counterfeiting tools that use cutting-edge technology to assist customers recognize products and speed up official investigations of fake goods.

However, the counterfeiting of product packaging is a really complex problem right now, and it is quite challenging to track down the counterfeiter. There are several infractions, and by the time the package forger is discovered, it is too late to do the inquiry. In order to address this issue and reduce expenses for enterprises, Vina CHG will soon introduce anti-counterfeiting goods on packaging, Mr. Hong noted.
